A moment in time

A moment in time

I know you have loved
and love just walked out
the door never to  return.
Don’t drown
in sadness leave
loneliness and depression
behind, remember every
experience has a lesson to be
learned.
This was a hard lesson to learn
When you opened your heart
and soul you were loved touched
and then left  all alone.
Nothing
happens just by chance or by luck every
thing happens for a reason, or
a season in time.
Every experience happens to
test the limits of your soul and the strength
of your heart  and mind.
The people occupying a space and a moment
in your life
are planting seeds left behind
out of  the failures, the pain
and the triumphs watered by the tears
that you have cried
forming the woman that you are.
Make every day
count and appreciate
every moment.
As painful as this moment is its
a moment to embrace how strong you are
this is the opportunity
to make things right.
You are young and life is going to kick you down
You just have to bounce back up and keep
moving on.
You will have moments that will be painful and unjust
but these are just lessons to be learned.
If someone hurts
you, betrays you or is indifferent to
you , you have the
opportunity to learn the importance of forgiveness
not for them but for you.
They will regret knowing you and hurting
you.
be more careful as to who you let into your heart
and mind. Move forward and let all those
who don’t deserve you behind.
This is just a moment in time.
